All services are provided by Lindsay Hayler, PA-C, with supervision by triple board-certified dermatologist Dr. Lamar Hardy.

We are located at 15 S. Central Ave., Monteagle, TN 37356 in historic downtown Monteagle on the Cumberland Plateau. We serve patients from Monteagle, Sewanee, Tracy City, Winchester, Coalmont, and surrounding communities throughout Grundy and Franklin counties.
We are open Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Call (931) 924-7449 to schedule.
